We always welcome new patients to the clinic.
On your first visit we will carry out a new patient consultation. This includes recording your medical history and a thorough physical examination. A treatment plan will be formulated and explained, and treatment can begin on this visit. This will take approximately 60 minutes.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a list of any medications you may be taking.
If you have had any X-ray, MRI or CT examinations recently and have access to the reports, please bring a copy.
If you have time please download and fill in a copy of the new patient questionnaire and bring it with you to your appointment. If not, allow yourself an extra 5 minutes before your appointment to fill it in.
